SUMMARY

The Employee Activities and Certifications Compliance Intern is responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of the Firm’s numerous employee certifications as well as other duties as assigned by their Manager or Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in administering, updating and the required follow-up for annual, quarterly and new employee certifications.

• Performs follow-up communications with employees regarding outstanding compliance items that require their attention

• Perform conflict checks as requested by the Firm

• Perform administrative duties such as preparing various spreadsheets and reports, performing or assisting with special projects, responding to phone calls, etc.

• Partner with additional internal departments to further reduce risk and to gain additional information or knowledge to enhance the execution of projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail oriented

• The ability to work closely with the Compliance team, producing accurate work in a timely manner, meeting deadlines as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
