the Business Analyst -you will be responsible for assisting with
multiple projects within the team. The Business Analyst will assist in
the management and tracking of enhancements, assess opportunities to
improve usability of existing tools as well as research, analysis and
preparation of business related reporting. They must be able to
communicate with all areas of the company. They will assist with the
release management process as established by Computershare and ensure
that all new products and services are communicated internally and
externally. Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions: *
Project Management - responsibilities include assisting with the
coordination and completion of projects within scope as well as the
preparation of management reporting and project status. The candidate
will work directly with internal and external clients to determine and
agree on the scope of the project in conjunction with the product owner.
- SharePoint - Assist in the maintenance of a central repository of
Product Information on SharePoint. Update the product release calendars,
product release project plans, user guide and communications plans for
assigned projects. Assess opportunities to improve usability and
functionality of Product Information on SharePoint. * Reporting -
Assist with research, analysis and report preparation for business
related reporting. Assist in generating data required for reporting on
our projects to determine profitability, expense and long term
effectiveness. Create and document process/procedures for analytical
reports. * Other duties or tasks as assigned by management. The above

vlookup, formulas and other advanced Excel functionality Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Computer Science /
IT / IS major preferred Language Ability: Ability to read/comprehend
simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple
correspondence; effectively present information in one-on- one/small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization. Mathematical Ability: Ability to add and subtract two
digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to
perform these operations using units of American money and weight
