Position: Summer Intern Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ Job Id: 379 # of Openings: 15 Internships at ConnectOne Bank provide a paid working experience to college students in a variety of departments within the organization. Each summer the internship experience is unique. Interns work within individual departments, but are also asked to work on projects as a group. This internship provides an overview of careers in the banking field. Highlights from previous summers: Interns participate in social media focus groups, and have participated in marketing blitzes with banking and lending professionals. Interns are invited to attend "Lunch and Learn" events on various business and development topics. Interns competed in groups to help give back to the community by working with Not-for-Profit organizations of their choice. May complete a team project during internship. The Summer 2019 Internship Program will run from the end of May through mid August 2019. In order to get the most out of the internship experience, attendance is critical. This position is full time and 40 hours or more weekly. Travel to the branches, corporate offices and community events will be required. Interns are based in departments in our corporate headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and in our operations center in Union, NJ. Interviews will be scheduled from November 2018 - January 2019.
