    Your new role

    Ramboll is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Geologist or Environmental Engineering Consultant to join our Site Solutions group in Princeton, New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in environmental consulting and site remediation.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Groundwater, surface water, and sediment sampling,
    • Overseeing and managing remedial activities in the field, ensuring technical quality and safety.
    • Analyzing field data and preparing high-quality technical reports,
    • Implementing remedial investigation plans for various site types (commercial, residential, industrial, and undeveloped), and
    • Operating and maintaining remediation systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Qualifications

    About you

    • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong environmental science background.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
    • Completion of, or ability to complete, OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training,
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a project team, and
    • Willingness to travel to field locations and project sites as needed.

    At Ramboll, your base pay is only part of your overall total compensation package. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $75,603 - $94,504. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
