We are seeking a Consultant, Talent Acquisition Sourcing (Technology) to help build and scale a more specialized, high‑impact sourcing capability focused on niche and Director+ pipelines. This work requires a white‑glove, high‑touch approach across proactive/passive sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder partnership.
As a Consultant Sourcer, you will operate as a senior strategic partner to recruiters and hiring teams—driving market intelligence, building sustainable pipelines, and improving sourcing outcomes through mentoring, operational excellence, and project leadership. This role will also contribute to building a small executive‑lite sourcing function for D+ roles that represent significant hiring volume and serve as a feeder into the future VP pipeline.

** Travel Requirements:** This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
** Mental/Physical Requirements:** This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 116,300.00 to 186,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
