    The Consumer Banking Management Associate Program is a two-year experience that includes three 8-month rotations across the Consumer Business. Each Management Associate rotation will feature a different organization or function than prior rotations to diversify the skill set and experiences of each Associate. Upon completion of the program, Management Associates are considered for full-time job placement within Global Consumer Banking.

    Key elements of the Management Associate Program include:

    • Three weeks of entry training that includes a Citi-wide welcome day, cross-enterprise business training to familiarize new hires with Citi, Consumer Business-specific training, technical training, and networking
    • Relationships with selected managers who provide guidance and supervision throughout each rotation
    • A dedicated Program Manager in Human Resources who is responsible for delivering continuous learning and training to each Management Associate class, including speaker engagements, training, and networking opportunities with senior leaders from the Consumer Business

    The Management Associate Program is a leadership and development program for recent MBA graduates that is designed to create a pipeline of future leaders for the Global Consumer Bank. The two-year full time Program includes three 8-month rotations across Consumer Businesses. For each rotation, Associates are presented with several different options for roles where they can work in any given rotation/placement including: Cards, Retail Banking, Digital, Marketing, Operational Risk and Control, Analytics, Global Business Development, Partnerships & Franchise Development, and within the offices of the Global and U.S. Head of Consumer Banking.

    The Consumer Banking Management Associate Program allows for a unique combination of experiences across organizations and functions in just 24 months, leading to a breadth of valuable experiences that contribute significantly to your career growth. Our Associates work in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, and Analytics.

    WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU IF...

    • You will obtain your MBA degree between December 2021 and June 2022
    • You have 3-5 years of work experience
    • You have permanent U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship now or anytime in the future
