    Job Description

    The Consumer Lending Coordinator (CLC) position is responsible for accurate and timely processing of all consumer loan files for Personal and Home Equity Lines of Credit to include evaluating member supplied information and all support documentation. The CLC will be required to perform loan closing activities for all Consumer Loan types at service center and operations center locations with travel to varied locations occurring approximately 10% to 20% of the year. Must have a strong ability to work with limited direct supervision due to center location.

    Essential Functions

    • Consumer Loan Processing / Closing: ? Review all support documentation including but not limited to proof of name change documentation, flood certificates, consumer real estate vesting documentation, and proof of collections paid documents to decide if we have everything we need to proceed with processing the loan. ? Accurate preparation of all loan documents, including all necessary real estate documents to ensure our lien position. ? Ensure that all Underwriting conditions are met prior to loan closing. ? Ensuring that we are meeting all legal and compliance requirements for each loan file depending on collateral type to include HMDA or MLA requirements, along with other mandated compliance regulations and if not, take appropriate action to be in compliance. ? Close loans, reinforce product sales, identify product and cross-sell opportunities, ensure accuracy of all documents, and provide exceptional member service by being flexible in availability to "walk-ins" while at centers. ? perform notary acts in-person, e-notary, and remote online notary for loan closing documents.
    • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

    Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

    • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
    • 3+ years' combined experience with customer service to include:
    • 2+ years' financial services experience.
    • 1+ years' consumer lending experience.
    • 2+ years' consumer loan processing experience. Pref

    Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

    Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

    • Expertise in Consumer Real Estate processing procedures.
    • Expert knowledge of lending regulations.
    • Ability to analyze member provided documentation relevant to the loan being considered such as collection account information, title commitments, and appraisals (and other CRE related documentation) and recognizing potential red flags/fraud.
    • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
    • Initiative to meet and/or exceed job standards and willingness to take on other duties as assigned.
    • Display positive, professional disposition/behavior.
    • Ability to problem solve.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and mathematical skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
    • Current Colorado notary or willingness to become Colorado notary.

    Certifications Required:

    • Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required
    • Registered with Colorado Secretary of State as notary within 30 Days required

    Additional Information

    The pay range for this position is: $22.45 to $28.40 per Hour (S12)

    Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

    This position is eligible for an incentive plan.
