    THE INTERNSHIP DETAILS:

    • THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN NEW YORK CITY OR MINNEAPOLIS MINNESOTA
      • (potential for hybrid/remote TBD based on Covid19 protocols)
    • HOURS ARE 8AM-5PM (CST) / 9AM-6PM (EST), MONDAY - FRIDAY, 40 HOURS A WEEK (1HR UNPAID LUNCH DAILY)
    • THIS IS A PAID INTERNSHIP ($17 PER HOUR)

    THE TEAM / THE INTERN EXPERIENCE:

    DAILY PAY'S OPERATIONAL RISK AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TEAM is responsible to manage operational risks for the company and continually measure and improve the functioning of key operational processes. You will have an amazing opportunity to develop an understanding of various aspects of Daily Pay organization while specializing in Payment and Partner Management areas. Your intern responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

    • Review, redesign and transform key operating end to end processes within the operations group to improve accuracy, efficiency and in turn reduce risks
    • Focused on reducing manual intervention, reducing errors through Digital transformation
    • Develop success metrics and performance indicators for their projects and track them closely
    • Collaborate in a cross functional environment with close partnerships with operations teams, product and technology

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math or related field
    • In Fall 2022 you'll be entering your Junior or Senior year of your Bachelor's program
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    • Highly precise with strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
