    The Corporate Client Servicing Support position is a dynamic and evolutionary role interfacing with Commercial Banking clients that have global banking needs. The role is part of a diverse team of talented individuals located throughout the US. As a central point of contact for the front office, the role partners with the Relationship Management team and key stakeholders to support HSBC’s purpose of opening up a world of opportunity and ambition to be the preferred international financial partner for our clients.     Here’s what you can expect:

    As the Corporate Client Servicing Support you’ll be responsible for project management and coordinating client onboarding requests, KYC renewals, international affiliate reviews, remediation initiatives, and special projects. Managing Actionable Intelligence portfolio monitoring surveillance triggers to mitigate financial crime and other bank risks. Supporting the Relationship Management team, enabling them to deliver the optimum contribution towards the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), improve client engagement, maximize operational efficiency, and allowing the team to spend more time with clients and grow income.

    For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $56,700 and $85,000.

    The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

    Requirements

    Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

    • Commercial Banking and/or Customer Due Diligence experience preferred

    • Detail oriented with strong project management capabilities

    • Strong research and analytical risk management skills

    • Excellent communication and customer service/client facing skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients
