Corporate Intern - Credit Resolution Business Analyst (Raleigh, NC)
Overview

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects. Accountabilities can and may include areas such as research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, as well as technology enhancements and support.
Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
Have a dedicated manager and program manager to help you navigate the bank and the internship program.
Be assigned a project, designed to improve a specific process or solve a problem that you will present at the close of the internship.
Prepare a wrap-up presentation to be shared with the division leader and other key stakeholders in the company to outline your accomplishments and experience during the internship
Additional Details:
Support the Credit Resolution Group business units
Perform advanced data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency
assess current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business operations
Determine improvements or solutions to address identified issues
Prepare technical reports by examining and summarizing data
Source, compile, and interpret data, as well as analyze data for accuracy, efficiencies, and effectively communicates analysis output
Provide daily support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices
Assist in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements
Determine overall business needs through analysis and reporting
Suggest strategies to achieve company and department goals
Assist in creating specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation to communicate business initiatives to wider work group
Produce reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities, as well as convey patterns, problems, and areas of improvement
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program)
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program
Tableau or Power BI experience
Preferred qualifications:
3.0 minimum GPA
