Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern will work collaboratively with members of the marketing department to implement strategies and content designed to support our brand throughout our social media and visual media channels.

Essential Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in maintaining a strong social media presence
• Create marketing flyers and internet content for websites
• Collaborate with staff on new ideas and strategies
• Take videos and pictures of employees or events in the office
• Assist in set up and tear down of video equipment
• Assist in planning and developing social media and visual media content
• Collaborate and/or design social media images
• The Intern (Marketing) is expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time every day.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Required Job Functions:

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assist the marketing team members with research and/or special projects as needed
• Assist the marketing department on various graphic and multimedia projects
• Assist the marketing department with managing NFMs social media presence
• Additional Tasks as Assigned

Desired Qualifications:

• Must be currently pursing a bachelors degree with at least one academic term remaining following an internship or recently completed bachelors degree (May 2020 - December 2021)
• Available to work during normal business hours staring in Spring 2022
• Creative thinker and communicator
• Native computer user understanding of both Mac and PC
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Film, or a closely related field
• Some knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Spark, or Canva
• Some knowledge of digital videography and photography cameras and equipment
