JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMER 2023 INTERNSHIP - HYBRID, SAN FRANCISCO, CA AND NEW YORK, NY

We are looking for interns based in a hybrid role in both San Francisco, CA and New York, NY in a team that accelerates Silicon Bank Financial Group's ability to execute on our strategy, implement our Target Operating Model, and provides direct execution support to the business. This role reports directly to Director of the team, within Corporate Strategy. This person should have the ability to support the implementation of complex cross-functional projects and clearly articulate progress to senior internal stakeholders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist business and Functions in implementation of execution acceleration initiatives and operating model enhancements

• Perform analysis to support intake and prioritization of work, including evaluating and summarizing new initiatives

• Assist in the monitoring and collecting both qualitative and quantitative inputs for dashboards that track implementation and performance of value delivery

• Perform design work under guidance of other team members as required to support business unit and Functional leaders define execution needs and resolve pain points as they arise

• Write presentations to present progress, overview of ongoing initiatives, and issues requiring elevation for Executive-level audience

• Support broader corporate strategic planning efforts as needed

PREFERRED CANDIDATE:

• Candidates must be students currently enrolled in a college/university as either an undergraduate or master's student.

• Candidate should have a minimum GPA of 3.7

• Open to all majors

• W ork or academic experience with the following: excel, power point, consulting skill set: critical thinking, problem solving, communication, writing, data analysis.

BASE PAY:

$18.00 - $31.00

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
