ROLE OVERVIEW Avalon Ridge is looking for a Part-time, After School Coordinator to work weekdays from 2:30pm - 6:30pm. As an After School Coordinator, you are the customer service representative who enhances the after school hours for a group of children at a multifamily apartment home community. Here are the roles you'll play: The Mood Booster Offers a professional, yet friendly atmosphere in which the children can do homework, have snacks and find other creative ways to be interactive and engaged. Answer and handle incoming parent communication with excellent customer service, serving as a point of contact for residents who have any questions or concerns. Consisting researching and implementing innovative ways and events in order to entertain the children during after school hours. The Communicator Spearhead communications within the community, which can include general notices, and newsletters The Keeper Relate to all residents, address any concerns they might have, and maintain their loyalty to your community so theyll keep renewing year after year THE IMPACT YOU CAN MAKE Resident satisfaction and therefore occupancy is at such an all-time high, you cant remember the last time you carried a move-in basket! Lease renewals are extremely smooth sailing because your residents cant wait to sign on for another year. YOUR BUILDING BLOCKS OF SUCCESS Experience working with children 2+ years in education, property management, hospitality, or similar industry High school diploma or equivalent required Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal skills bilingual abilities may be required based on specific needs of the property Solid eye for details and discovering areas in need of improvement Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneSite a plus!
