Job Description
This is an in-office position based out of Ent Credit Union Headquarters in Colorado Springs. This is not a remote eligible position.
As the Credit Card Collection Specialist Jr., the position is responsible for assisting members and helping them through their Financial Hardship, ensuring accounts are charged off in a timely manner to make sure Ent is in compliance with NCUA, and to help minimize Ent's exposure to risk and loss while ensuring a maximum return to its members by following the Collection Department Policies and Procedures as well as adhering to State and Federal Laws.

The pay range for this position is: $23.36 to $25.82 per Hour (S12)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
