    Change is hiring at the Assistant Vice President (AVP) level to facilitate critical business analysis and project management for the CRO Change Portfolio. We oversee the 2018 / 2019 strategy and book of work transparency for the GM and IBCM divisions. The BA will perform data, business analyses and documentation while working closely with the CRO Change team, Market Risk and Methodology functions, and other partners (e.g., Risk, Finance, Product Control, RFDAR, IT, IA, and Reg Affairs) to ensure quality status reporting and governance including: * You will partner with leads in NY and London to understand and improve existing program documentation * You will provide status reporting and deep dive materials for key initiatives * You will challenge and review responses and materials for consolidation and presentation to senior management * You will assist with developing 2019 plans and strategy * You will support working groups and respond to close gaps, raise issues, and address questions from business partners * The analyst will also provide status updates to the project management team, escalate issues / risks as needed and support the coordination of meetings Credit Suisse maintains a Working Flexibility Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in the Credit Suisse United States Employment Handbook. * You graduated with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree * You have 2-5 years experience in Financial Institutions with a minimum of 1-3 years as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, ideally for a leading financial services consulting firm or global investment bank * You have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in client/senior stakeholder relationship management (business and technology) * You have solid analytical skills, specifically the ability to investigate issues with keen attention to detail * You are experienced in preparing project deliverables and documenting business requirements, procedures & policies (process documentation, BRD, FSD, Test Plans, etc.) * You understand data flows, business processes, banking products and risk management * You have worked on Risk / Issue tracking and resolution * You have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) **Primary Location: **United States-NC-Raleigh **Work Locations: ** **Organization: **CREDIT SUISSE GROUP **Schedule: **Full-time
