Global Physical Security Services Specialist Travel / Corporate Events
113303 CreditSuisse is hiring for a Physical Security Specialist to
join our Global Physical Security team. Seeking someone that has
previously done Executive protection in a Corporate Environment. * You
will meet with key bank staff and assist in coordinating security
management plans, coordinate on-site security, and provide critical
intelligence response to incidents, and assist incident management in
regional offices. * You will have direct contact with business partners
and assist in implementing regional security policy in accordance with
strategic direction. * You will discuss requirements with the VP of
Security along with key business partners and conduct security risk
assessments, security site surveys, branch security reviews and
day-to-day security operations. * You will provide in-person evaluations
to key stakeholders to ensure all appropriate security safeguards are
understood and implemented. * You will provide security advice to
business leaders and coordinate security oversight with real estate
project managers. * As a security and life safety SME, provide
assistance and support to Travel Security and Corporate Event Security
to include: * Timely briefings and support to Bank management and staff;
- Analysis of high risk destinations and event locations. * You will
assist in handling the security guarding expectations of the bank with
the service provider for the contract manned-guarding services: * You
will be responsible for onsite location manned guarding at the BDC; *
Managing and controlling improved Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as defined in the updated
vendor contract; * Conducting frequent on-site reviews of standards and
training of staff; * You will meet with BDC based manned guarding
supplier, Allied Universal. * You will support to complete on-site risk
assessments to the reg. Credit Suisse maintains a Working Flexibility
Policy, subject to the terms as set forth in the Credit Suisse United
States Employment Handbook. * Educated to Degree Level. * Three to five
years experience in a corporate security environment. * Excellent skills
in project management and execution. * Experience in law enforcement,
military, intelligence or other security field is preferred. Desirable:
- Experience in the Financial Sector or a large multinational business.
- Experience of working across multiple regional locations. * Experience
of risk management for third party providers Competencies: * Strong
drive with a self-confident hands-on approach and ability to effect
change and enhance GSS perception. * Exposure to strategic policy
development and business planning and making direct contact with
business stakeholders while representing the Regional Director of
Americas GSS. * Ability to react immediately and at a moments notice; to
be able to identify stakeholders and influence potential actions
regarding high-impact, sensitive situations or issues. * Comfortable in
creating personal relationships and understanding the information needs
of decision-makers. * Can communicate difficult or complex ideas
clearly, even to multiple or senior managers. * Can deliver in-person
client focused, practical and creative solutions using own initiative
with minimum oversight. Can define projects out of it and create a
reasonable breakdown and activities. * Experience and knowledge of
change and project management principles, methodologies and tools. *
Ability to work in a large multi-disciplinary team. * Ability to
prioritize simultaneous activities successfully and bring them to
