Crelate is looking for a smart, motivated Senior Account Executive to help drive new growth. You'll be joining a Sales Team that's growing YoY and breaking into new territories and markets. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be a vital contributor on a group of high performing Account Executives. Your days will be spent closing business, researching potential prospects and their business, communicating with them how our customers are finding success, and driving the business forward. Our customer base is made up largely of staffing and recruiting firms in North America.

You'll be:
- Listening to customers and prospects to understand their business needs
- Providing relevant answers and demonstrations to solve the customer's problems
- Delivering compelling follow up to earn the customer's business
- Catering the demonstrations to fit the needs of our clients
- Modeling your expertise for other team members to grow overall team achievement
- Lead initiatives, meetings, new product rollouts when necessary
- Provide internal team members with support and additional resources to close opportunities
- Stay aware of the market and the needs of our target industry
- Provide accurate reporting and keep CRM trued up
- Improve upon existing processes to help us scale
- Listen and learn from the team, making us better together

We're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Tech Savvy, able to speak plainly about enterprise SaaS
- 5+ years’ experience in SaaS environment
- Thrives in a start-up environment
- Works well on a small team and knows how to handle ambiguity and a fast pace
- Self-starter who wants to take on new challenges
- Experience calling into and speaking to Recruiting and Staffing Firms
