JOB SUMMARY: Support the office in the daily operation of the branch office. Performs necessary branch collection activities as a means of minimizing losses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide good customer and dealer service
• Solicit for personal loan renewals
• Prepare and process personal loan applications
• Close approved personal loans
• Assist in maintaining the order and integrity of the loan folders
• Assist in maintaining insurance filing
• Perform collection activities on delinquent accounts, by both written and telephone communication
• Compliance with all state, federal and Company collections requirements
• Assist in transporting repossessed automobiles for disposal
• Ensure all repossession activities are in compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Receive loan payments and post to customer accounts
• Assist in maintaining cash drawer accuracy and security
• Prepare and handle office deposits
• Assist in branch record-keeping requirements
• Assist with the development and training of all new personnel

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience with customer service.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Ability to obtain license to sell insurance (in applicable states).
• Valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for use in employment.
• Computer literate.
• EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Higher Education preferred
