  • Responsibilities
    • You'll be maintaining our chat center and phone support line

    • Answer support tickets or distribute to other employees

    • Build out and maintain our customer support center (FAQ, guide to customer sign up processes, etc)

    • Track trends in customer questions, bugs in the system, etc

    • Think broadly about product capabilities and customer needs to help develop the product

    • If you're not familiar with investing/personal finance (which is ok!), you're willing to learn in-depth about the product, industry, competitors, financial jargon, etc.

  • Qualifications
    • 1-2 years tech support or 2-3 years customer service experience

    • Strong written communicator, concise and clear

    • Extremely comfortable talking on the phone

    • Patient, empathetic, and committed to providing holistic good service instead of just answering questions

    $40,000 - $60,000
