BSA/AML Monitoring Officer Davivienda International Bank - Miami, FL 33131 SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for * Preparation and analysis of the monitoring reports of medium and low risk for foreign and domestic accounts, personal and corporate customers, in accordance with the monitoring program of the Bank. * Perform bi-weekly reviews of customers transactions that exceed thresholds established by the monitoring program. * Performs semi annual reviews of correspondent bank activity with special emphasis on third party activity. Reports must be detailed and analyzed by sectors or industries. * Performs semi annual reviews of Loans and Letter of Credit Reports from the BSA/AML point of view. * Report, file and submit SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) within 30 days of the initial determination of any suspicious activity. * Responsible for approval of negative information memorandum as well as maintenance of the risk matrix. * Responsible for credit card monitoring and cash monitoring on a monthly basis. * Responsible for FATCA program under the supervision of the Compliance Officer. * Interacts and work together with Account Officers to improve responses and quality of the supporting documentation required to resolve inquiries on daily exceptions. * Participate in Compliance Committee as required.
