Overview This is a fast-paced position in the marketing group for the new Global Access line of business within established industry-leader, Decision Resources Group (DRG). Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, Global Access (VPMGA), the M Specialist will work department members, and practice area leaders to provide support across all aspects of marketing, sales campaigns, events, production, fulfillment, project coordination of pipeline, reports, etc. You will coordinate execution of activities with the corporate central marketing and operations teams. The MarketingSpecialist works with the VPMGA to properly plan and execute the requirements of marketing campaigns and activities that support the business goals of the overall Global Access (GA) business and included brand portfolio in the marketplace. You will be responsible for developing, coordinating, executing, and tracking marketing programs that drive leads, engage with clients, and promote recognition of DRGs Solutions for Global Access in the global marketplace.arketing Requirements Assists in the development of annual marketing strategy in conjunction with the business development and commercialization leads across the GA business Works with the VPMGA to integrate services and products to the overall GA portfolio to drive recognition and differentiation within the industry Under the guidance of the VPMGA, works closely and collaboratively with practice area leads and portfolio product managers to develop the right marketing message and approach Collaborates with internal operations and product teams to define and develop all product marketing and program support materials With oversight from the VPMGA, executes demand generation campaign activities for products and services across the GA portfolios brands. Creates and manages product marketing documentation including message frameworks, competitive analysis, sales tools, presentation materials, and marketing collateral. Works with the VPMGA in the development of marketing materials and content development. Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer-facing deliverables. Coordinates with central marketing operations to lead execution and tracking of marketing activities Supports the GA social media strategy including writing and posting on portfolio brand Twitter and LinkedIn profiles. Coordinate with central corporate marketing department to coverage on corporate profiles End-to-end meticulous management of key corporate events for the GA business including industry conferences and proprietary events. Manage content maintenance and updates for portfolio brand websites and blogs Use applicable CRM and marketing tools to maximize efficiency and analyze marketing data/activity on a regular basis Assist and support related activities, presentations, seminars, webinars, and education that promote DRG and the GA business as thought leaders in the pharmaceutical market access industry Communicate and collaborate effectively with sales, business development, commercialization, practice lead, and product teams to ensure clarity and optimal uptake for marketing initiatives. Perform other duties as directed by VPMGA Skills & Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines Ability to provide accurate work Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments Skill in defining problems, collecting data and interpreting information Relationship builder with ability to interact well across diverse groups Must be a self-starter and a problem solver Possess the ability to display calmness under pressure and a positive attitude Ability to switch gears quickly and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to re-prioritize projects on the fly to align with organizational goals Eager to learn Knowledge, Experience & Education 3 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably for a B2B technology or professional services organization; healthcare industry experience preferred Experience in global marketing preferred Bachelors degree in marketing or communications or business Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience Outstanding project and event management skills Experience in SalesForce, Pardot, and Smartsheet (or other CRM, marketing automation, email, and project management software) Strong content development, content marketing, and copywriting skills Social media experience including writing and posting Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills About DRG: Decision Resources Group offers best-in-class, high-value information and insights on important sectors of the healthcare industry.
