JOB DESCRIPTION: CRM Intern POSITION SUMMARY Intern(s) will support the client team by assisting in various initiatives related to Microsoft Dynamics, our CRM system. Responsibilities may include: Execute on data cleansing efforts in the CRM system and related systems. Provide daily support to end users, including supporting CRM group mailbox and issue resolution. Facilitate discussion with various functional groups to capture and prioritize business requirements for CRM initiatives. Analyze data, issues, and requests to recommend ideas on how to enhance the CRM and help team members be more effective in their roles and work habits. Design and produce various dashboards and reports for client team use, and help facilitate query and report development for users needs. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILL SET Excellent written and verbal communications skills Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Knowledge and experience in working in CRM software preferred. Self-motivated individual with a desire to learn and be challenged. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience related to investment management or financial services preferred. Evidence of leadership and success in college or community preferred. EDUCATION Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or other business-related field.
