    Role Description:

    At Enterprise Data Products (EDP), we are operationalizing AI at scale-transforming how colleagues across Product, Data, Governance, and Engineering work and deliver outcomes. As Director, AI Innovation, you will lead the newly formed EDMP AI Innovation team, driving the transition from fragmented AI pilots to a structured, role-based adoption model across the organization.

    This role is accountable for implementing a structured AI operating model-defining role-based workflows, building centralized prompt libraries, and establishing measurement frameworks to drive consistent, scalable impact.

    You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI enablement-from pilot and use case capture through refinement and scale-creating the foundation for Copilot-enabled workflows and future agentic capabilities.

    This leader will serve as the single point of contact for AI engagement across EDMP, aligning with GenAI Central and enabling enterprise-scale adoption with measurable business outcomes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Lead EDMP AI Innovation Team:

    • Stand up and lead a centralized AI Innovation function to drive federated adoption across EDMP
    • Serve as the single point of contact for AI use cases, prompt libraries, and outcome measurement
    • Partner with GenAI Central to drive tooling strategy and implementation

    Drive Structured AI Adoption:

    • Define role-based AI workflows across Product, Data, Governance, and Engineering
    • Replace fragmented experimentation with standardized, repeatable patterns
    • Align AI adoption to enterprise priorities and role-based outcomes

    **Build Prompt Library & Learning System: **

    • Establish and scale a centralized repository of prompts and use cases
    • Drive knowledge sharing, best practices, and reusable patterns across teams
    • Enable continuous learning through structured iteration cycles

    **Measure Impact & Outcomes: **

    • Define frameworks linking AI usage to productivity, quality, and efficiency gains
    • Track effectiveness and scale high-impact use cases
    • Identify opportunities for automation and agentic evolution

    Scale AI Capability Across EDMP:

    • Transition AI adoption from pilot → structured → scale maturity
    • Expand access to AI tools based on role-specific needs
    • Scale learnings from engineering and product AI pilots (e.g., Copilot, Devin)

    **Drive Governance & Executive Alignment: **

    • Provide leadership visibility into AI adoption, outcomes, and investments
    • Ensure alignment with risk, governance, and enterprise standards

    **Build & Lead High-Impact Team: **

    • Build a team spanning AI product, prompt engineering, and enablement
    • Drive a culture of innovation with execution discipline
    • Lead organizational change across a federated operating model

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience leading AI/GenAI transformation or enablement programs
    • Strong ability to design scalable operating models and structured adoption frameworks
    • Experience building prompt libraries, learning systems, or AI enablement platforms
    • Familiarity with modern AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Devin, etc.) and role-based applications
    • Ability to translate experimentation into measurable enterprise capability
    • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
    • Experience working in data, platform, or technology organizations
    • Proven ability to lead teams and drive change in a matrixed environment
    • Comfortable operating across both business strategy and technical domains
