Job Description
Visa is seeking a strategic yet pragmatic, and results-oriented Director, to support the Long-Tail Acceptance Go-To-Market Center of Excellence (COE) on behalf of Global Markets.
In this newly created role, you will design, launch, and operationalize Visa’s renewed focus on increasing acceptance and preference amongst SMB/Nano merchants worldwide accelerating/guiding product pilots, incubating new innovative solutions, and delivering integrated go-to-market strategies that span across cross-functional levers such as pricing/GE/marketing and more.
This highly visible role will partner closely with product, sales, and other Global Market & Functional teams to drive key priorities and deliver measurable impact.
This Director will report to the Long-Tail Acceptance Go-To-Market Center of Excellence Lead and be an integrative member of the Global Markets Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Enable the Vision & Track Progress
Execution of Long-Tail Acceptance Go-To-Market Center of Excellence initiatives
Track key objectives and results (OKRs) in partnership with Global Sales & Client Operations (GSCO), including development of SMB metrics.
Develop the Long-Tail Acceptance Playbook
Lead development of a comprehensive playbook for client managers (CMs), covering the full range of go-to-market levers.
Codify and scale global tiered economics programs, including graduation models, streamlined approvals, and insights from key pilots (such as Untapped and 10X).
Utilize merchant archetypes to inform tailored go-to-market strategies.
Author and maintain Sales Play content in Compass for frontline enablement.
Enable Product Go-To-Market (GTM) Partnership
Support identification of markets for new product pilots (e.g., Visa Accept, Visa Pay), ensuring effective incubation and scaling.
Identify key market needs to influence product roadmaps and M&A activity, particularly new merchant VAS opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 192,300.00 to 267,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
