Job Description
The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition drives our People Systems strategy, and collaborates with the People Function and Systems partners to continually improve digital tools for our people. This hands-on role reports to the Snr Dir, People Systems to advance a recruiting systems strategy that supports business needs that include system implementations, business process design/redesign, vendor selection, change management, and current-state assessments of both a technical and functional nature.
The Director, People Systems Workday Talent Acquisition has a deep understanding of recruiting processes and practices, security, data integrity, system configuration & design, system enhancements & upgrades, and expertise within several areas of People Systems including Workday Recruiting, Workday Security, Reporting, Employee/Manager Self-Service & Onboarding.
You will drive, influence, and collaborate with the People Team and Systems team as well as stakeholders across the organization to identify solutions (tools and processes) that meet business needs.
Leads all systems aspects of Talent Acquisition programs including process re-imagination, systems enablement, implementation and system integrations
This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $144,600USD to $262,100USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $153,600USD to $222,800USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
