JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Safety and Quality Assurance leads the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS), Quality Assurance (QA) programs, and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) activities for the Corporate Aviation business unit. This position maintains a role on the Company’s regional Crisis Response Team (CRT). The Director will promote a proactive safety and compliance culture aligned with Aviation’s mission to deliver superior global transportation solutions and ensures adherence to global regulatory requirements through continuous monitoring and updates to policies, standards, and procedures set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO), and worldwide civil aviation authorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing or supporting corporate flight operations, with emphasis and preference on global, ultra-long-range operations and rotary-wing aircraft
Pilot (ATP or Commercial) or Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic certification is highly desirable
Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Aviation Safety Officer (ASO), or IS-BAO Auditor, or willingness to obtain, are preferred, including training in:
