About the Role Our Summer Associate Program offers a unique experience for current University Students. We provide a three day enterprise wide in-depth orientation program with your peers to learn about ETRADE's business and infrastructure. Responsibilities: + Build a foundational knowledge of securities-based lending and cash management products, market trends, key competitor activities and industry pricing. + Support strategic CM and SBL initiatives by working with various internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and report status to senior leadership. + Actively identify product enhancements and other areas of improvement around product design and business processes. + Document policies and procedures Location: + Jersey City, NJ Qualifications Requirements: + Graduation date of Spring 2021 + Currently pursuing a BS or BA degree. Preferred degrees include Business, Finance, Marketing, MIS or related field. + GPA: 3.0 or above + Authorization to work permanently in the US Preferred Qualifications: + Prior experience working in a team environment + Enthusiasm for investing and the financial markets + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work effectively under pressure + Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently + Self-motivated + Prior internship experience and/or relevant project work We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package.
