Position Overview E3 seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide on-site program support to our client, the Department of Homeland Security - Transportation Security Administration. Responsibilities This position is located in Arlington, VA. Support program management activities, including developing program management review briefings, monthly reports, and tracking performance metrics Serve as a key analytical resource on engagement team Conduct relevant research, distill data, and create reports Collect and file deliverables in a SharePoint repository Apply methodologies provided by senior staff and contribute to deliverable preparation Analyze relevant data and information, and support implementation of business solutions Support development and revision of deliverables including: program dashboards, budgets, acquisition documentation, statements of work, process diagrams, test plans, and benchmark studies Support stakeholder outreach activities, including working on stakeholder engagement plans and preparing meeting agendas, materials, and notes Support efforts to implement and track progress against strategic plans Travel on behalf of the client to provide TSA representation with end-users Required Qualifications BA/BS degree is required 0-2 years of experience in federal government contracting Strong analytical skills Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability clearance E3 Sell (Select the Only Available Option) E3 Federal Solutions (E3) specializes in helping Federal clients solve their most challenging business problems.
