As the Initiatives Execution Intern for Workforce Solutions, you will support the Senior Director of Initiatives Execution by administering, coordinating and enabling major project and program activities including (but not limited to) the coordination and collection of data, communication and tracking of activities to support EWS objectives and key results tied to strategic initiatives. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from seasoned Project and Program Managers and get hands-on experience with multiple project management methodologies while learning about our strategic priorities and differentiated business model.     What You'll Do

    The Initiatives Execution team champions EWS strategic growth initiatives, including cloud transformation, to facilitate strategic conversations and organizational change as new technologies evolve and innovate. We do this by developing and maintaining open and collaborative relationships with technology, operations, sales, marketing, legal and security to effectively coordinate and execute on technology initiatives. We manage change with expertise to our business stakeholders and partners to ensure minimal disruption. We provide the high level topography to bring cross-functional teams together to align, plan, and execute on these strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes for EWS. The Initiatives Execution Team in Workforce Solutions is looking for a dynamic and detailed oriented Intern to join our team and assist in the day-to-day activities and coordination of major strategic program efforts. The Initiatives Execution Intern must collaborate, organize, analyze, validate and communicate project details as appropriate to key stakeholders and resources. In addition to the coordination of data, the Initiative Execution Intern must prepare progress reports and communicate with key contributors to enable success.

    Other key responsibilities include: Enable and support coordination and administration of major programs, which spans across multiple functional areas, business units, regions or the enterprise. Monitor program measures of success, plan activities, status, issues and risks in a timely manner to team members. Monitor program controls and governance - processes, procedures, reporting and policies - to manage programs. Coordinate resources and key contributors to ensure deliverables are aligned across multiple interdependent projects within the program. Ensure program deliverables align to the program's desired outcome and supports business initiatives and strategies. Identify industry best practices and recommend program updates or changes as needed to ensure program success. Collect data, visualize results, communicate goals and champion our business unit to reach aggressive, yet attainable goals!
