Operating in the global marketplace means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) business is a team of international consultants who help these companies navigate the challenges of multi country complexity. In particular, we help multinational companies develop global/cross-border solutions for the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their benefit and compensation programs around the world in a manner that meets the needs of both local and headquarter management. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.
LOVE YOUR WORK
As an intern you will be assigned to various client teams to assist in providing consulting advice and services to global companies concerning mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as retirement and health and welfare benefits, compensation, and talent issues for their operations globally. You will serve as a resource for more senior colleagues in charge of engagements by supporting and performing various aspects client work. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while working in close-knit environment with a team of experts.
You will also participate in key learning and development opportunities alongside associates.
