Our Shared Delivery team provides expertise in retirement consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.
Explore an opportunity. As a Shared Delivery Analyst you will contribute as part of a team to provide general administration support and basic administration tasks. We are a project based team that support various functions of our retirement and pension outsourcing organization. You will perform recurring plan administration services and work projects and assignments for clients’ defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts and project managers to answer questions, resolve issues and complete projects.
Love your work. You will partner with team members on the following objectives:
Assist with remediation of projects that include but are not limited to: data analysis, benefit calculations, and routine administrative tasks
Have a interest or background with computer programing languages including but not limited to VBA, SQL, or other object oriented programming
Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services
Follow and update documentation materials as directed to maintain complete accurate work papers and audit trails
Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery
Serve as a contact with clients’ human resources personnel
Actively participate in team meetings and training activities
Be accountable to team members for agreements and commitments
ABOUT YOU.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Development with quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
Solid analytical skills
Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel /VBA or computer skills and languages
Work experience that demonstrates technical and/or client service skills
Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
Ability to quickly learn business processes and the data sources, inputs and outputs
Aptitude for developing good technical skills to quickly and accurately analyze and check data/report outputs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
