We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering, and communicating all types of retirement plans

EXPLORE AN OPPORTUNITY. In this Shared Delivery role, you will perform recurring plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts and will assist with project work and other ad hoc client support services in our QDRO (Qualified Domestic Relations Order)/QMSCO/Pension Outsourcing Administration Group (POA) group.

LOVE YOUR WORK. You will partner with team members on the following objectives:

• Learn all aspects of QDRO/QMCSO/POA rules and learn to administer these services

• Learn and support project management of these services

• Support of specialized QDRO/QMCSO/POA Call Center

• Support in updating and creation of process documentation materials

ABOUT YOU.

• Current college student (at least sophomore) required, with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0

• Solid analytical skills

• Work experience that demonstrates attention to detail and/or client service skills

• Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions

• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment

• Oral and written communication skills

• Microsoft Office skills,

• Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
