Our Early ID Leadership Program will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to successfully navigate the interview process, build technical skills, and learn about the opportunities available.

    Citi's Early ID Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate Technology students that are sophomores. This program will offer virtual mentorship and provide training on how to navigate the Summer Analyst interview process.

    Citi Technology delivers integrated technology solutions that make our company more competitive, at the same time as putting our customers first. Citi is often at the forefront of new developments within the industry to compete with a new level of agility and world-class IT.

    Participants are able to select up to 3 tracks for the program including

    • Early ID Black Heritage Leadership Program
    • Early ID Hispanic Heritage Leadership Program
    • Early ID Women's Leadership Program
    • Early ID Veterans Leadership Program
    • Early ID Pride Leadership Program

    We will provide you an educational webinar where you will get an overview of the various Technology businesses at Citi.

    At the conclusion of this, you will be able to select your interest in one of our Technology businesses.

    Your time here will look something like this... The Early ID Technology program is a five-week virtual program. As a participant, you will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in virtual technical trainings and have a mentor guide you along the way.

This is made possible by our technology team, which spans Citi’s global footprint and is often at the forefront of new developments within the financial services industry.

    Responsibilities on the Analyst Program will vary based on location, business and team assignment, but with Citi’s global scale, your work will have a significant impact as you help us drive innovation every day. Opportunities include software development, hardware infrastructure, information security, mobile and web development, product management, production support, data analytics and more.

    We want to hear from you if...

    • Black Heritage Leadership Program, Early ID Program – You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution who self-identify as Black.
    • Hispanic Heritage Leadership, Early ID Program – You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution who self-identify as Hispanic.
    • Women’s Leadership, Early ID Program – current sophomore women enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution.
    • Veterans Leadership, Early ID Program - You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution and have served in the military.
    • Pride Leadership, Early ID Program - You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution, and self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender.

    All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership; and interest in Technology. A 3.3 GPA is preferred.

    • You have an interest working in a high tech global environment and have a basic understanding of technology
    • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.
