The East West Bank Pathways Internship Program aims to recruit top talent, develop and launch them into a rewarding and successful career at East West Bank. Interns will have the opportunity to get direct exposure to the inner workings of a bank across both retail and business banking. Through a combination of on-the-job training, formalized feedback and mentoring, interns will gain hands-on experience in working with directly with bank customers and enhancing customer satisfaction while demonstrating East West Bank's Vision, Mission and Values. The program is a full-time program for Summer 2018. Upon successful completion of the summer program, interns will be eligible for potential full-time opportunities with the Bank post-graduation.
