    Our Marketing team is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute SilkRoad’s global digital marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

    Your contributions to Silkroad will include:

    • Maintaining all SilkRoad Technology websites using WordPress Content Management System, including building, refreshing, and updating content, images, video, and other resources; and creating new page layouts and templates on a regular basis.
    • Managing and leading site migrations, site rebuilds/replacements, including creating project plans, communicating plans to wider organization, running project meetings, bringing together internal and external resources, assisting in building test environment, testing and quality assurance for new sites, monitoring site migration, managing to project milestones, and sending 'all clear'.
    • Working with and managing hosting service and web development agencies and checking in to ensure optimal site performance, including links, database, and other functions.
    • Proactively monitoring keywords and identifying intent for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO opportunities that drive organic traffic at scale, which may include changes to site architecture, new content, informational and product pages, linking and more.
    • Administering website CMS and making changes and updates directly, both routine and ad-hoc, with SEO and conversion always in mind.
    • Using analytics and testing best practices to modify and optimize the site to continuously improve site conversion and lead generation.
    • Supporting the Search Marketing SEO and PPC strategies and assisting the team with monitoring, management, optimization and reporting on website performance, using Google Webmaster Tools and analytics and effecting any website updates or optimizations.
    • Ensuring all tracking for Google Analytics, Salesforce, and MarTech stack is in place for each Marketing campaign and continually striving to track ROI and improving baseline performance.
    • Communicating optimization and testing activities and findings in verbal and written formats through monthly reports and meetings.
    • Researching and making recommendations, and implementing best-practice strategies, tools, and other emerging technologies that improve our site performance, engagement, interactivity, and conversion potential.
    • Acting as back-up support as needed for Salesforce and Pardot.

    Required Skills

    • Experience with creating and managing WordPress websites and plug-ins.
    • Demonstrated expertise with HTML, CSS (CSS3), JavaScript, and other basic web development languages.
    • Ability to translate design specs into digital web experiences.
    • Intermediate skill level with Adobe Creative Suite is required; proficiency is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and problem solve to accomplish plans and programs.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Creative problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
    • Ability to interact effectively with the marketing and sales team, as well as the IT and technical infrastructure teams.
    • Proficient with computer software and MS Office applications, including Word, Power Point and Excel (or Mac equivalents).

    Required Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of proven digital marketing experience, including but not limited to: successfully running paid search campaigns across Google, Yahoo, Bing, SEO, A/B testing on landing pages, social media LinkedIn/Twitter campaigns, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Knowledge of: Google AdWords, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Search Console, as well as Website optimization and personalization tools and SEO tools.
    • Proven experience driving website inbound traffic.
    • Experience building and driving social media.
    • Advanced experience with digital marketing tools to optimize marketing and lead generation efforts.
