EILEEN FISHER, Inc. is seeking a Data Enthusiast for a part-time, temporary role, based anywhere in the US.

POSITION SUMMARY:  This position will focus primarily on building reports in Tableau to develop customer insights reporting. We are looking for someone willing to “roll-up-their-sleeves,” who thrives in detail, organization, and analysis – a Data Enthusiast! You should have direct, hands-on experience designing reports in Tableau. Like us, you should be customer-first and brand-focused, and always curious about new ways to reach EILEEN FISHER customers.

 SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills Required Experience

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree required.  Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or other related field preferred.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of Tableau experience
• Strong technical skills using Tableau products with a solid knowledge of the Business Intelligence industry and data visualization best practices
• An understanding of Retail and Ecommerce business issues and how Tableau can solve them
• Ability to communicate equally well with a business or technical audience
• Highly comfortable analyzing data and making it digestible to non-technical teams
• Ability to work through ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Retail business and marketing knowledge and understanding of typical KPIs and database constructs
• An understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse projects and customer database structures
• Comfortable working in CRM tools and analytics environments
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
