  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an Organizational Change and Communications Advisor. This position reports to the Vice President, Organizational Change Management & Communications and is responsible for creating and leading compelling organizational change management communications strategies that help the company reach its strategic and financial goals. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the people side of change, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and management, and risk and resistance management related to organizational changes. Collaborates directly with business leaders throughout the organization and Training to effectively craft innovative change management strategies and approaches that support project outcomes.

    1. Applies Landmark’s structured change management methodology to develop, lead, and execute comprehensive and customized communications strategies and plans that support project outcomes.
    2. Conducts stakeholder analysis and assesses change impacts to ensure the change management solutions are relevant and meet business needs.
    3. Assesses organizational culture, capabilities, and alignment to effectively tailor change management approaches.
    4. Prepares change related communications materials that are appropriate for the needs of the project and audience(s).
    5. Identifies change risks and develops mitigation strategies.
    6. Encourages and facilitates collaboration amongst team members to build a collective understanding of overall project needs, timelines, key milestones and desired outcomes.
    7. Measures and assesses the effectiveness of organizational change management efforts.
    8. Performs the role of coach or mentor for senior managers of the organization to assist them in fulfilling their role as change sponsors for their respective departments and teams.
    9. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing organizational change management practices. Familiarity with the financial industry is preferred.
    2. Change management certification a plus. Familiarity with the Prosci change management methodology preferred.
    3. Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally.
    4. Ability to relate to all levels of the organization to build credibility and generate buy-in to change.
    5. Capacity and desire to handle heavy workloads and extra hours when required in a fast paced, changing, and sometimes unpredictable environment. Ability to travel between branches outside of normal business hours.
    6. Proven ability to make presentations to senior management and/or groups of associates that may involve persuasion and obtaining approvals.
    7. Work autonomously and collaboratively with the ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas effectively.
    8. Competency with Microsoft Office 365 products with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Experience working with SharePoint preferred.
    9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail, specifically in grammar and proofreading.
    10. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
