DESCRIPTION

CME Group is currently looking for a Energy Research & Product Development Intern for Summer 2023

This candidate will assist the the Energy Research & Product Development team in New York City. This candidate will assist the team with data analysis, report generation and ad-hoc projects. The intern will also manage their own research project.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Researching new market sectors and trends within the overall energy markets.

• Assisting analysts on day-to-day tasks as well as ad-hoc projects.

• Presenting results in various formats - written, visual etc.

SKILLS / SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient with data management

• Knowledge of financial instruments and/or commodities

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

EDUCATION:

• Currently pursuing a BS or BA in any numerate or business-related degree.

LOCATION: New York
