Job Description
The Business Development Account Specialist is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of business and personal accounts within a defined territory. This role's primary focus is on acquiring, opening, and maintaining individual and business relationships while providing exceptional service and financial solutions. These accounts will be opened by the Business Development Account Specialist either within the Service Centers or at onsite locations when possible. This role will be instrumental in orchestrating services and product offerings within the community as well as partnered organizations while including Ent Business Partners in this process. The Business Development Account Specialist will need excellent communication, outbound sales, and relationship development skills, as well as strong organizational, time, and self-management skills, a broad knowledge of credit union products and services, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve desired outcomes.

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $24.22 to $27.24 per Hour (S13)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
