    Job Description

    This internship will be on-site at our Northern Operations Center in Westminster.

    • Assist with portfolio maintenance.
    • Assist with CRM tool creation and best practices.
    • Assist with Business Banking events.
    • Out in the field experience.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

    • High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent.
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or related fields. Preferred candidates will be entering their Junior or Senior year.

    Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

    Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

    • General computer skills and design skills are required as well as some administrative experience.
    • Ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Communications, Business or Marketing.
    • General writing skills.
    • Strong experience in using Microsoft Office products.
    • Experience with CRM tools.
    • Comfortability with technology.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Additional Information

    SCHEDULE:

    • Intern may work part-time during the summer months June – August/September. Daily schedule is flexible based on the candidate’s availability. Minimum of twenty hours per week and up to thirty.
    • This is a great opportunity for a junior or senior level student to learn the inner workings of an all-encompassing Business Banking Department.
    • This position, like most internships, has the possibility of transitioning into a career opportunity within the organization.

    Pay for this position is $17.00 an hour.

    This internship will not exceed 90 days.
