As Vice President of Digital Product, you will establish Ent Credit Union’s digital future and disrupt Colorado banking in the members’ favor. This intrapreneur role leads digital product and vision, recruits teams of smart-creatives, and partners with development and creative to deliver speed to market.

Ent is Colorado’s largest financial cooperative (think REI, in banking), where we put “people over profit” to work at scale. Ent’s current member satisfaction is high and digital delivery has been strong, and yet for the future Ent must beat large banks and fintechs. Come lead our digital transformation.

As Vice President of Digital Product, you are the most influential person in establishing Ent Credit Union’s digital future. You are a creative visionary able to challenge us to think of new ways to engage our members, and a fierce executor with the ability to bring that vision to life quickly through the delivery of quality digital products. You are equal parts innovator, inspirational leader, and no-nonsense delivery.

You provide strategic product direction and oversight for Ent’s digital channels. You lead the credit union’s digital transformation by assessing emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and potential partnerships – and build digital products that transform the way we do business and the financial health of our members. Your deep understanding of the digital landscape allows you to establish a clear and compelling vision for continuously improving the effectiveness and impact of Ent’s digital products.

You lead multidisciplinary teams including product management, creative, and software engineering. You effectively recruit and build high-performing teams of smart-creatives and build an environment where they excel. You have both a macro and micro focus on delivering value for our credit union and members. You are focused on inspiring product teams to find ways to improve Ent’s digital offerings noticeably over time while simultaneously getting important deliverables out the door.

You are the central connection point between the business, creative, and technology, with accountability for analyzing production data and making recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sales in various channels and products. You effectively partner with senior leaders in marketing, electronic banking, geographic expansion, technology, lending, and member service to ensure high value is delivered to Ent’s owner-members. You are accountable for the digital transformation roadmap, digital member experience, and growth goals for all electronic banking channels. You ensure Ent’s digital channels and initiatives are differentiated and routinely exceed the expectations of our members.
