Job Description Community Education puts Ent's mission statement into action by providing financial education to members, employees, and our community. The Community Education Specialist will provide support for department functions by coordinating group efforts, evaluating and implementing processes, and assisting in various day-to-day needs. Duties will include data analysis, impact tracking, intranet revisions and maintenance, researching financial education trends and efforts, organizing various events and supplies, and additional administrative duties.
Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities: Assist with design, implementation, and processes for Community Education initiatives such as Financial Coaching, Community Educators, and Money LIFE Coordinating event schedules and time lines with the department and Community Educators (CEs) via calendar invitations and reminders Assist with coordination, design, and implementation of Community Education presentations Additional research on requested process improvement and trends in the industry as needed
Event Coordination and Analysis: Coordinating and managing events with various community and partners Being the general point of contact for internal events and coordination Gathering, compiling, and discovering impact and trends from event results and/or financial wellness reports Creating and executing processes for event and presentation requests from potential external partners
Additional Activities and Responsibilities: Managing travel arrangements for the department as needed Oversee the supply chain and ordering of event supplies and swag items Ordering and tracking team office supplies Managing and updating department PEAK pages

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. Typical Pay Range: $42,307 to $55,539
