Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with creditors to achieve favorable results for clients.
• Analyze and forecast clients’ financial position to identify affordable compromises.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with banks, collection agencies, and law firms.
• Calculate acceptable percentages for account resolutions.
• Verifying client’s accounts by reviewing documents for accuracy.

Skills For Success

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
