Position Summary Under close supervision, performs functional duties for assigned division. Performs special projects as required. The selected candidate will work within our Community Outreach Department dedicated to ERIE's commitment to the communities in which it operates and it's guiding principles of service. Duties and Responsibilities - Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives. - Conducts research and gathers information and assists in creating presentations as required. - Analyzes data and reports findings. - Verifies and enters data into appropriate system, and updates electronic files. - Provides clerical and administrative support as needed. - Completes special projects as required. Competencies Ability to Manage Complexity Developing And Maintaining Relationships Information Management Skills Interpersonal Communication Job-Specific Knowledge Oral Communication Planning And Organizing Problem Analysis Service Orientation Time Management Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred. Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Candidates with above average communication skills, specifically written communication and in public speaking forums highly preferred. - Candidates with above average analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret reports, spreadsheets and related documents highly preferred. - Candidates with above average organizational skills highly preferred.
