    Summary

    The Financial Advisor (FA) Advised Programs Associate works with the Program Management team on all aspects of their advisory programs. The Associate collaborates with all members of Program Management, Financial Advisors, Advisory Operations, Compliance, and other groups inside and outside Stifel to ensure efficient and effective management of the advisory program. The Associate will primarily engage in day-to-day business functions necessary to operate the programs effectively.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supports the Program Management team with monitoring and oversight of Financial Advisor Advised Programs.
    • Supports Program Management special projects that focus on enhancing each program to improve the client experience.
    • Supports onboarding new Financial Advisors.
    • Supports ongoing Financial Advisor reviews.
    • Supports execution of program maintenance projects.
    • Monitors the team's e-mail inbox to ensure timely responses to all FA inquiries.

    Qualifications

    • Able to interact and function as a team member; equally able to work independently on tasks or projects.
    • Able to converse with Financial Advisors and other personnel concerning operational and program-related subjects.
    • Able to organize subject matter and data well and present/explain it clearly so that others understand complex issues.
    • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines promptly.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum Required: 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

    Licenses and Credentials

    • Minimum Required: FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63, 65 in place of 66) obtained within one year of hire.

    Systems and Technology

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Willingness and ability to learn Thomson/BETA, Vestmark, and OnBase
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau desired.
