    The Branch Marketing Specialist position directs the marking plan of the Branch. Develops and implements the Branch marketing communication strategies, social media campaigns, Branch open houses, Realtor presentations, Lunch and Learns, and networking events. Assists in ensuring the Branch has a fun, team-oriented culture. Communicates with branch and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Branch Marketing Specialist position directs the marking plan of the Branch. Develops and implements the Branch marketing communication strategies, social media campaigns, Realtor presentations, Lunch and Learns, and networking events. Assists in ensuring the Branch has a fun, team-oriented culture. Communicates with individual loan officers, branch admin and corporate employees in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Provides a superior customer experience for both loan officers and their realtor partners
    • Markets the Branch with Corporate brand consistency
    • Onboarding of new loan officers that join the Branch
    • Orders name tags
    • Activates Total Expert Premium accounts and creates Fairway website for Loan Originators
    • Create and manage a business Facebook (as well as any other social media) page for them
    • Develops a social media spotlight of new employees sharing their previous experience and expertise
    • Performs Training as needed
    • Assist them with importing their database and continuously updating database
    • Manages the Branch websites and SEO
    • Develops and manages a social media presence for the Branch on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms
    • Markets the Branch to Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners, Accountants, and any sphere of influence that can refer business to the Branch
    • Plans and facilitates Realtor lunch and learns, Real Estate Agent continuing education events, community outreach events, new branch Grand Openings, and team building events
    • Find and learn new technology that could assist loan officers in building and expanding their business
    • Understanding of Review platforms

    NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
    • Adopts Fairway values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions
    • Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

    • Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service best practices
    • Strong organization skills
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a marketing/communication/events related role
    • Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure
    • Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
    • Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques
    • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
    • Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
    • Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products

    • This position is remote
