Come get your masters in Mortgage! About the Position: We are seeking an experienced junior loan officer to join our team. Ideally, this individual is somebody who loves to do loans but doesn’t care for the hunt. This teammate will be given leads and will be expected to take loan applications, structure loans, research guidelines, lock rates, etc. It is important that this person is comfortable with daily phone calls and inside sales. On-call hours will be required on rotating evenings and weekends. 2+ years in the industry is preferable, someone who is knowledgeable and who has experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, Bond and Jumbo loan products. We ask that you work from the office with the team. We find it supports a strong culture to be together whenever possible, to share knowledge, to problem solve jointly, there is no better way to learn. This is a fast-paced industry. Every day is different and presents its own challenges. While the tasks and responsibilities of the job require a certain level of routine, there is also constant change. Responsibilities: • Make and answer phone calls • Take a COMPLETE loan application • Structure loans by researching guidelines and using resources available • Complete income analyses from tax returns, pay stubs, and W2s, understand how to read asset statements and catch red flags, run AUS, etc. • Present and review loan options, including a detailed review of the loan estimate • Pipeline management • Communicate directly with borrowers and realtors • Attend marketing events, open houses, meet and greets • Lead follow up calls and emails. • Rotating on-call hours for evenings and weekends Qualifications: • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant • Must obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment • Candidates must live in Colorado • Must be team-oriented • Positive attitude  Compensation: $69,000+ a year
