Job Description
Fannie Mae’s executive teams constitute critical leverage points for the company. This role is a key contributor to the Transformation Office’s support of Fannie Mae’s executive teams and will be responsible for leading multiple executive team engagements across the organization. The Principal, Executive Team Development will work directly with Fannie Mae’s senior executives to design, plan, and deliver tailored executive team support, advisory and coaching, increase executive team effectiveness and develop executive leadership mindsets and behaviors to lead through change. As a valued contributor to our team, you will consult with management on best practices and recommendations for teams across the organization.
