    The Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Leads team in collaborating to understand the business problem.
    • Drives agreement, based on the customer’s priorities, requirements, constraints, approach, principles, concepts, and expectations.
    • Ensures team builds and documents a realistically costed, solution approach.
    • Provides thought leadership on oversight and governance by setting expectations for quality practices and standards to realize the business solution.
    • Promotes a cohesive build methodology so the solution can be transitioned to deployable applications in production.
    • Provides coaching to team on complex solutioning and delivery.
    • Holds teams accountable for mapping architecture and digital transformation solutions to stakeholder’s business goals.
    • Leverages prior work, stakeholder insights, industry trends, and shares insights with team to apply.
    • Supports their team in working with stakeholders (e.g., Enterprise Architects, Security Team, Development Team, Operations Team) and business sponsors to socialize both the technology solution and the project approach.
    • Advises team on managing changes and facilitating feedback. acceleration, and prioritization.
    • Holds teams accountable for sharing insights with rest of the architecture organization.
    • Facilitate community events (technical meetups, webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and foster an environment for learning.
    • Demonstrates deep industry knowledge of cloud and related technologies and drives employees to learn constantly.

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 6 years
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

    Desired Experiences

    • MBA in Finance and/or Capital Markets experience is preferred.
    • Experience working with Front office & Operations.
    • Prior experience with management consulting is a plus.
    • Design thinking skills including hands-on prototyping, customer journey mapping, and persona development is a plus.
    • Prior experience in a technical role within an architecture organization.
    • Prior experience integrating systems across multi-cloud environments.
    • Experience with at least one modern programming language (Java, Javascript, Python).
    • Understanding of infrastructure and security requirements.
    • Design thinking skills including hands-on prototyping, customer journey mapping, and persona development is a plus.

    Skills

    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the AWS services.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
    • Demonstrated organizational and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle.

    Tools

    • Knowledge of at least one of JavaScript/Java/Python languages
    • Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies
    • Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms.
    • Skilled in ARIS Express
    • Experience using JIRA and Confluence
    • Skilled in Microsoft suite of products
