    Job Description

    As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to designing, producing, testing, or implementing routine or foundational software, technology, or processes, as well as contribute to creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

    The Digital Engineering - Software Engineering - Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Gather and document information about the needs of the customer and create preliminary solution frameworks.
    • Under the guidance of management, design and develop software solutions to meet needs.
    • Apply fundamental knowledge of process-driven approach in designing solutions.
    • Collaborate with senior staff to implement new software technology.
    • Maintain existing software using standard methods, practices, and precedents.

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 2 years of experience

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent
    • RPA Solution Development: Design, develop and test automated solutions per the defined requirements.
    • Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
    • Software Deployment: Deploy and maintain automated solutions in higher environments, ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently.
    • Configuration and Customization: Customize automated solutions to meet specific needs, including creating custom reusable connectors, actions, and objects.
    • Integration: Build integrations between automations and target systems and applications, utilizing APIs and various integration technologies.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for all developed and maintained processes, including PDD, SDD, user manuals and run books.
    • Monitoring and support: Monitor the performance of automated solutions and provide support for any issues that may arise. Implement exception handling and recovery strategies.
    • Security: Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
    • Training and collaboration: Provide training to end-users and work collaboratively with business teams to ensure the successful adoption of RPA solutions.
    • Appian Application Development: Design, develop and test Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, and integrations, to meet business requirements.
    • Preferred Blue Prism Certification
